Cathy was born in Washington, DC and currently resides in Rockville, MD. She is in the top 5% of real estate agents in the United States and has enjoyed over 21+ years of working in residential real estate.  Working with buyers and sellers, Cathy has an in-depth knowledge of the Metro DC Market. She is licensed in Maryland and DC and as a life-long resident she will bring her experience, insight and knowledge to all clients. Her attention to detail helps ensure that each transaction goes smoothly. Cathy is a Corporate Relocation Specialist and she enjoys introducing those new to the area about the many benefits of the DC Capital Region. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist she also helps longtime homeowners sell and then make the transition into their next home.
